Sizing

Each product page on Trix.Shop includes a size chart for your reference. Most of our items follow standard sizing. If you’re aiming for a looser fit, consider going one size up from your usual.

Shipping Info

We offer secure, tracked shipping worldwide.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in the United States, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada, and other regions. Your order will ship from the warehouse closest to your location for faster delivery.

Typically, orders arrive within 2-8 business days, depending on your location, unless stated otherwise.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package's journey. Feel free to reach out to us if you'd like an update on your order status!

Refunds

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect size, we’ll either send the correct one or provide a refund.

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns

All sales are final. However, if you encounter an issue with a product, please get in touch with us.

Our policy covers you for 30 days from the day you receive your order. After 30 days, we unfortunately won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Please note: you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fee and the shipping fee for any size swap requests.
