To help ensure delivery in time for Christmas, please place your order before the following cutoff dates. While these dates are not 100% guaranteed, they are our best estimate for timely delivery:
- U.S. Standard Shipping: Order by December 10th (Cutoff: 11:59 PM EST)
- U.S. Express Shipping: Order by December 16th (Cutoff: 11:59 PM EST)

All sales are final. However, if you encounter an issue with a product, please get in touch with us.
Our policy covers you for 30 days from the day you receive your order. After 30 days, we unfortunately won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
